# Incubation

The Polyversity metaverse is an ideal space for holding incubation events as well as job fairs. It is better than a physical event, being geographically unrestricted. 

Potential employers can meet students looking for work, and universities and educational institutions can provide for potential students to get a good understanding of the facilities at their physical campuses.
